Job summary

Sia Partners in Amsterdam is expanding its GenAI practice and seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who can turn AI concepts into tangible value for clients. You’ll blend data science, ML engineering, and client delivery to build practical AI solutions.

You’ll design LLM-based systems, integrate them into client environments, train users, and help organisations adopt new workflows. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus cloud and MLOps experience, are key.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in computer science or AI.
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning).
• Proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-based systems (autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, workflows).
• Integrate solutions into clients' environments (APIs, databases, tools) while complying with regulations.
• Train users and drive adoption within client teams.
• Collaborate with engineers and executives to communicate value and impact.
• Iterate with stakeholders to improve production deployments and ROI.
