Job summary

Sia Partners is building a high-impact AI practice in the Netherlands. You will design and deploy LLM-based systems, including agents, RAG pipelines, and workflow automation, while integrating with client environments and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will train users, iterate with stakeholders, and drive adoption across diverse industries. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to deliver measurable ROI, leveraging LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud

Qualifications

• Background in computer science, AI, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in AI/ML roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and agents.
• Strong Python coding skills suitable for hand-off.
• Able to integrate APIs and connect heterogeneous systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs.
• Experience deploying ML solutions in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and CI/CD for models.
• Understanding of vector databases and embeddings.

Responsibilities

• Sit with a client team to determine where AI adds value and ship a solution.
• Design and implement LLM-based systems: autonomous agents, RAG pipelines, orchestration.
• Integrate solutions into client environments (APIs, databases, tools) while complying with regulations (GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Train users and drive adoption to ensure solutions are actually used.
• Iterate with stakeholders to refine production solutions and maximize impact.
• Act as a bridge between engineers and senior stakeholders to align on goals.
