Formación

Dynamics 365 CE Solution Developer

Location: Avanade, Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands

Overview

Passionate about implementing CRM in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem? Join our team as a Solution Developer and participate in the creation and implementation of innovative Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to address our customers’ business challenges. The CE team carries out projects related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution focused on Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service. The Power Platform is an integral part of our expertise and so are Copilot, PVA and DCCP.

What you’ll do

• Analyze the needs expressed in functional specification documents to develop plug‑ins in C# and .NET languages.
• Master project methodologies (Scrum, Agile, V‑cycle) and apply them in an international context.
• Utilize JavaScript, Azure and web services technologies to support functional profiles in application design.
• Support clients throughout the project using development skills and mastered technologies.
• Support our Business Analysts in the design of the solution.

Skills and experiences

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform and an ability to work on complex projects.
• Practical experience of working in project mode is necessary.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 is essential, including the ability to configure, customise and develop CRM solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Strong software development skills and the ability to design, develop, test and deploy custom CRM solutions.
• Ability to analyse customer needs, identify potential issues and propose innovative and effective solutions using features provided by Dynamics 365.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch (required for effective communication with clients and stakeholders).
• Experience analysing, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code.
