Job summary

WestPoint Search is looking for a Functional Consultant to translate business needs into Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a strong focus on Sales. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and an international IT team to design, configure and test the platform across countries.

The role covers workshops, solution reviews, training, UAT, go-live support and ongoing improvements, while maintaining documentation and ensuring security and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Understanding data models, security and integrations within Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience translating requirements into functional solutions in international settings.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Fluent English and based in the Netherlands with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional designs and specifications.
• Configure, test and optimize Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with a primary focus on Sales.
• Support impact assessments for changes and releases, incl. dependencies and risks.
• Lead workshops, solution reviews and user training with stakeholders.
• Support UAT, go-live and ongoing platform improvements.
• Maintain functional documentation and test scenarios.
