Job summary

Ir Olav's Globetrotters B.V. seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and improve its Warehouse Control System (WCS).

You will work across front-end and back-end tech, turning logistics challenges into scalable software solutions, reporting to the Software Manager in the Netherlands. You’ll own architecture, develop warehouse control software, and collaborate with project managers, engineers and customers to deliver quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Completed a tertiary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Experience with Git-based source control and DevOps practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience in logistics/warehouse tech is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern front-end and back-end tech.
• Own software architecture, technical design and solution development.
• Develop and optimize software for warehouse control and material flow.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices for quality and maintainability.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for project work.
