IT Project Manager | WCS/WMS | Warehouse Automation

Location: Netherlands | Hybrid

Type: Permanent

We are supporting an international technology business delivering warehouse automation and logistics solutions across the Benelux and are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager.

You will lead customer-facing software implementations from design through testing, go-live and handover, working closely with customers, software teams and wider project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end WCS/WMS implementation projects
• Translate customer requirements into practical software solutions
• Coordinate software teams, integrations, workflows and deliverables
• Manage scope, planning, budget, quality and risks
• Act as the key contact for customers on software-related topics
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and international project teams

What we're looking for

• Experience as an IT/Software Project Manager or Implementation Manager
• Hands-on involvement in WCS and/or WMS implementations — essential
• Experience within warehouse automation, intralogistics or industrial automation
• Understanding of system integrations, interfaces, databases and data flows
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent Dutch and English; German is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business or equivalent experience

Important: ERP implementation experience alone is not sufficient for this role. Previous involvement in WCS/WMS implementation is a non-negotiable requirement.
