Job summary

Medtronic in the Netherlands (Heerlen) is seeking a finance controllership support professional. As part of the EMEA Controllership group, you will assist the finance directors with day-to-day activities, manage agendas and meetings, and ensure smooth operation of the department.

Qualifications

• Educational requirement: at least MBO+ or HBO with a bachelor degree.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently with priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support finance leadership with day-to-day activities and administrative obligations.
• Assist with departmental processes such as cost center management and PO management.
• Help organize departmental meetings, events and employee celebrations.
• Coordinate projects to improve processes.
