Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner– Enterprise Ledger to lead SAP Finance initiatives in Beerse, Belgium. You will bridge business needs with technology, guiding value realization and ongoing product management across global teams.

The role drives strategy for SAP S/4HANA Finance, Account-to-Report, and related deployments, shaping roadmaps and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and user experience throughout finance planning and reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing technical and/or finance teams with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ years of functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance, or SAP Central Finance.
• BA/BS degree required; Master’s degree preferred in CS, Economics, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Leads Design and Delivery of SAP Finance (Account to Report) solutions and support.
• Review user stories, functional specs, and coordinate development activities; modify system specs or test scripts as needed.
• Review and design SAP systems per business requirements and participate in integration and UAT of RICEF components.
• Assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions and provide recommendations based on trends and existing designs.
• Capture customer insights to improve Finance projects and deliver continuous improvement recommendations.
