Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Technology Deployment Leader to support our IM Transcend program, with the role located in Beerse, BE or Titusville, NJ. You will establish deployment roadmaps and balance business value with technical feasibility.

You will lead product backlog refinement, collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers, and drive automated testing, UAT planning, and SDLC compliance to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP ERP and pharma industry.
• Translate requirements into a product vision with deep expertise in product development, engineering, operations and UX.
• Strong delivery governance including planning, dependency management and release execution.

Responsibilities

• Establish deployment roadmaps to deliver business and customer value.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility and optimize delivery.
• Refine backlog with technical features and epics for operations.
• Prioritize backlogs, manage cross-team dependencies and demand intake.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineer to handle backlog risks.
• Drive automation testing, regression testing and load testing for non-functional requirements.
• Lead integrated build efforts with Product team to ensure end-to-end solution compliance.
• Plan and execute Technical Testing and support UAT planning.
• Ensure SDLC documentation and compliance activities are up to date.
• Measure capabilities against demand and business priorities across value streams.
• Build strong partnerships across organizations to understand needs and priorities.
• Partner with Technology Services on software engineering approaches.
