Job summary

You will collaborate with the Regional Clinical Operations Manager to deliver study timelines, quality standards, and successful site activations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in clinical operations within biotech/pharma.
• Prior clinical trial management/leadership experience.
• Experience in oncology is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage study start up and trial monitoring staff in accordance with BeOne’s policies and regulations.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new employees; oversee training plans.
• Manage quality of staff's clinical work via regular reviews and evaluations.
• Provide country-specific start-up expertise to study teams; review doc templates and labels.
• Collaborate to ensure timely IRB/EC submissions, TMF completeness and study site activations.
• Conduct CRA visits to assess performance; escalate risks and actions with regional manager.
• Ensure workloads and quality metrics are met across the team.
