Job summary

Global Healthcare Organization at a state-of-the-art Leiden site seeks a Facilities Engineer to oversee operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of building services, utilities, and facility systems within a GMP environment.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Quality, and external contractors to ensure equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and site improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Facilities Engineering, Maintenance or Technical Operations.
• Experience within GMP-regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Strong knowledge of facility utilities, maintenance systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, contractor management and project coordination.
• Good understanding of EHS, Quality Management Systems and CAPA processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance and operation of facility systems, utilities, and building infrastructure.

Role Description

As a Facilities Engineer, you will oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of building services, utilities, and facility systems.
