Job summary

Rise Technical is seeking a service engineer to own and scale a European service function from Amsterdam. You will act as the senior escalation point, enable service partners and run day-to-day service operations from the Amsterdam hub, including spares, logistics and commissioning support.

The role offers end-to-end ownership in a fast-growing electrification-focused business with opportunities to lead as the European service centre expands.

Qualifications

• Service engineering background with a strong electrical/power systems foundation (EV charging / BESS / UPS / utility / industrial power or similar).
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Technical support across grid-connected charging and power infrastructure.
• Partner enablement and training, supporting field service partners and customer technical teams.
• Service Operations.
• Delivery and Commissioning Organisation.
