TOPdesk is seeking a Senior PR & External Communications Manager for its Delft office. You will own our PR strategy across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, shaping narratives that align with our AI roadmap and business goals.

You’ll lead media engagement, executive prep, and agency partnerships while collaborating with the CMO and executive team. With 10+ years in PR and strong multi-market experience, you’ll translate complex technology into compelling stories and manage stakeholder

Qualifications

• Significant experience in PR or external communications, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software or technology.
• 10+ years of experience preferred with track record across multiple markets.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own PR strategy and execution across the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, adapting to each market.
• Build and strengthen relationships with technology, trade and business media.
