Job summary

Sire Search is seeking a Senior Product Planner to own strategic and tactical supply planning for multiple products and production lines. You will balance supply, capacity, inventory, shelf life, and costs to support launches and lifecycle changes.

You will manage 4–24 month planning horizons, analyse capacity, optimise inventory, and collaborate with global teams to ensure reliable supply and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Strong end-to-end Supply Chain Planning experience.
• Proven experience with strategic and tactical planning.
• Experience with rough-cut capacity planning and inventory optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic and tactical supply planning for products and production lines.
• Manage supply plans across 4–24 month planning horizons in Rapid Response.
• Perform rough-cut capacity planning and optimise production capacity.
• Proactively manage inventory positions against strategic targets.
• Balance product availability, inventory, shelf life, cost, and scrap exposure.
• Identify supply constraints, risks, and deviations and develop corrective actions.
• Create scenario analyses to support complex supply chain decisions.
• Collaborate with supply sites, resource owners, procurement, and global Supply Chain teams.
• Contribute to planning meetings and provide input on strategic decisions.
• Support product launches, phase-outs, and other lifecycle changes.
