Job summary

Fluence Energy B.V. is seeking a Project Manager to lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects, driving delivery on time and on budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

You will report to the Head of Projects, UK & Ireland and operate within a matrixed, global team, collaborating with finance, engineering, procurement and operations to ensure contract requirements are met and value is optimized.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, physics or another technical discipline.
• :5 years in project management, construction management or engineering within the power generation market.
• :Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibility delivering equipment supply or turn-key projects.
• :Experience managing a matrix project organization of 6+ functions.
• :Valid Senior Project Management certification (e.g. PMI PgMP, IPMA LevelB).

Responsibilities

• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract execution to handover.
• P&L responsibility for projects up to $30M+ in value.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, procurement and other functions.
• Ensure safety, code compliance, on time, on budget delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality plans.
• Resolve technical issues to meet quality, time and cost targets.
• Coordinate with other functions to close snags and non-conformances.
• Represent Fluence to executives, regulators and supply-chain partners.
