Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Mid to Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer based in Amsterdam (hybrid) or remote in select EU countries. You will troubleshoot complex cloud, networking, and security issues for large enterprise customers, primarily on Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes platforms.

Strong automation and cloud tooling are required. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions, and help optimize customer environments using IaC and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations in enterprise environments.
• Background in cybersecurity, including threat detection, vulnerability management, encryption standards, and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR).
• Strong Linux administration, server config, performance tuning, and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote sessions for enterprise customers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and sales to escalate and resolve complex issues and document solutions.
• Assist in deployment and optimization of customer environments, including IaC and containerized apps.
• Monitor tickets, meet SLAs, and contribute to process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training resources.
