Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Mid to Senior Enterprise Technical Support Engineer to join our remote-friendly team in Amsterdam or remotely in eligible countries. You will diagnose complex cloud, networking, and infrastructure issues for enterprise customers and drive incident resolution with cross-functional partners.

You bring 5+ years in production support, strong Linux and container experience, and familiarity with IaC tools and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years in technical support, systems administration, or cloud operations in enterprise settings.
Background in cybersecurity incl. threat detection, encryption, and compliance (SOC2, GDPR).
Strong Linux admin skills, security hardening, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support to enterprise customers across cloud, networking, and infrastructure domains.
Diagnose and resolve complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to resolve challenges and document solutions.
Assist in deployment and optimization of customer environments, advising on IaC and containerized apps.
Monitor tickets, meet SLAs, and contribute to process improvements.
Mentor junior team members and help develop internal training resources.
