Navan Expense is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Expense to scale the product and partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations. You will be a post-sales SME, helping Account Managers expand the Expense offering within enterprise accounts, implement the solution, and increase adoption across the client base.

The ideal candidate combines accounting/finance expertise with Navan Expense knowledge, and is ready to lead in a fast-growing, global SaaS company while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting/finance background with ERP integrations experience.
• 3+ years as Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager, or Professional Services Consultant in fintech.
• Strategic problem solving, prioritization, and strong communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Develop understanding of Navan Expense value proposition and product mechanics.
• Implement Expense solutions and help clients realize benefits.
• Support Account Managers as subject matter expert on policy efficiencies and ERP integrations.
• Train Account Management teams to drive usage and revenue from existing customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product development and customer advocacy.
