Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic Senior Engineer based in Amsterdam to help drive transformation for our clients. You will build relationships, deliver results, and assume responsibility quickly, drawing on a strong education record and early professional experience.

As an engineering consultant, you will work on transformation projects, performing intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3 to 7 years’ consulting experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute project assignments including data structuring, analysis, benchmarks and interviews.
• Facilitate workshops and map processes for client transformation.
• Support teams and contribute to knowledge creation and exchange.

As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 3 to 7 years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, Belgium or Luxembourg)
