Job summary

Sia is seeking Senior consultants to drive transformation projects for clients, building strong relationships and delivering measurable results. You’ll handle data structuring, analysis, benchmarks and workshops, while coaching new hires and contributing to knowledge exchange across industries.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree, 3–6 years of relevant experience, and a passion for data and AI. English and Dutch proficiency is essential; German is a plus.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company.
