Job summary

Sia in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Consultant Energy and Industry to join our transformation projects for clients worldwide. You will conduct intelligent data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, and process mapping, while coaching new hires and juniors.

We value a Master’s degree and 3–6 years of relevant experience, with an analytical mindset, fast learning ability, and strong English and Dutch skills (German a plus).

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• 3-6 years of relevant working experience (or PhD).
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise and help clients seize opportunities.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required; German is a plus.
• Passionate about Energy!

Responsibilities

• Execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks and people interviews.
• Perform workshop facilitation, process mapping and develop functional specifications.
• Coach new hires and juniors, taking up team support roles as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within business units across industries.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve. Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company.
