Sia is seeking bright and dynamic Senior consultants to contribute to transformation projects across client organisations. You will engage with clients, perform intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, and process mapping while coaching new hires.

Responsabilités

• Work on transformation projects at client organisations.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, people interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles by coaching new hires and juniors. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

• You have a Master's degree.
