Zusammenfassung

Sia is looking for a bright and dynamic junior engineer consultant to join our Amsterdam office and drive transformation projects for clients. You will engage in intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, and process mapping.

You’ll take up team support roles quickly and contribute to knowledge creation across industries. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Excellent team player and communication.
• Strong interest in energy topics.
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result-oriented, rigorous.
• Interest in data and AI and ability to quickly build expertise.
• Languages: Dutch and English; German fluency is a plus.
• Willing to temporary assignments abroad (France, Belgium or Luxembourg).

Sia is looking for bright and dynamic junior enigneer committed to building relationships and delivering results. As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, Belgium or Luxembourg)
