Job summary

Sia seeks a bright and dynamic Senior Engineer to build relationships and deliver results. You will work on transformation projects for clients, handling data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, and workshops, and quickly take on team support roles.

With strong collaboration, you will contribute to knowledge sharing and engage in international assignments across France, Belgium, or Luxembourg as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 3 to 7 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in Energy.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results oriented, rigorous.
• Interest in data and AI topics; ability to build expertise quickly.
• Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willing to participate in temporary assignments abroad (France, Belgium or Luxembourg).

Responsibilities

• Work on transformation projects at clients; execute project assignments including data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, and functional specifications.
• Take up team support roles as soon as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars) within the business units across industries.

As an engineer consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 3 to 7 years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, Belgium or Luxembourg)
