Sia Partners is seeking a Senior Business Consultant in Energy & Utilities to join our Amsterdam team. You will drive transformation projects, perform data analysis, benchmarks, and interviews, while progressing into leadership roles and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

We value a Master-level engineering background, 3–6 years of consulting experience, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English, with Dutch mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years experience as a consultant in the required domains.
• Outstanding team player with good communication skills.
• Strong interest in the energy sector.
• Analytical mind, capable of exploring options and synthesizing conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must.

Responsibilities

• Involved in transformation projects at client sites; execute project assignments including data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks and interviews.
• Lead workshops, map processes, develop functional specifications, and assume team leadership roles as soon as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars within industry units.
