Qualifications

• Master's degree in civil engineering or commercial engineering.
• 3–6 years' consultant experience in the energy/utilities domains.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• High interest in the energy sector.
• Analytical mindset able to synthesise options into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, rigorous and committed.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch required.
• Willing to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Involved in transformation projects for clients in energy & utilities.
• Execute project assignments including data structuring and analysis.
• Conduct benchmarks, people interviews, and workshop animation.
• Map processes and develop functional specifications.
• Assume team leadership responsibilities as soon as possible.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within business units.
