Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group. As an Energy & Utilities Manager, you will guide companies through the transition toward the “New Energy Reality” and lead projects with a team of Sia consultants and client representatives.

You will coach and mentor consultants, contribute to business development and sales support, and stay at the forefront of data and AI topics while expanding your energy-industry network. Excellent English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in the utilities industry.
• Business network with energy companies.
• Strong view of energy market developments and agents along the value chain.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly build expertise.
• Excellent English and Dutch (German a plus).
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial and flexible with team-management skills.
• Ability to monitor market trends and trigger actions within Sia.

Responsibilities

• Guide companies during the transition toward the New Energy Reality.
• Lead projects supported by Sia consultants and client representatives.
• Coach and mentor consultants.
• Engage in business development and sales support to grow the practice.
• Contribute to market studies and regulatory/commercial analyses.
• Help shape and grow Sia’s offerings.
