Sia is seeking an Energy & Utilities Manager to guide clients through the New Energy Reality. You will lead and mentor consulting teams on market studies, process improvements, and investment decisions, while shaping business growth through cross-functional collaboration and client development.

You will leverage a strong energy network, advanced data and AI interests, and fluency in English and Dutch to deliver results across international projects from our Amsterdam base.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 8+ years in energy/utility consulting.
• Strong network with energy companies.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead market studies and process improvements for clients.
• Guide investment decision processes and regulatory compliance.
• Support outsourcing and vendor selection engagements.
• Coach and mentor consultants; drive business development.
