Job summary

Sia is seeking an Energy & Utilities Manager in Amsterdam to guide clients through the New Energy Reality. You will lead project work, mentor consultants, and support business development across an international client base.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and 8+ years in utilities consulting, with strong English and Dutch skills. You will work from our Amsterdam office or remotely, in a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in the utilities sector.
• Business network with energy companies.
• Strong understanding of energy market developments and value chain impacts.
• Interest and ability to develop expertise in data and AI topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Energy & Utilities Manager guiding clients through the New Energy Reality.
• Coach and mentor Sia consultants and client teams on project delivery.
• Support business development and sales activities to shape growth.
• Contribute to market and client strategy through insights and thought leadership.
