Job summary

Sia in Amsterdam seeks an experienced transformation consultant to guide clients through strategic change. You will shape transformation strategies, lead roadmaps, and mentor a cross‑functional team of consultants across energy and transport sectors. You will combine market insights with hands-on delivery, selling engagements and ensuring outcomes.

English and Dutch fluency required; German is a plus. The role offers a hybrid setup with offices in Amsterdam or Rotterdam and opportunities to work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 5–7 years of consultancy experience.
• Network at transport and/or energy companies.
• Strong view on market developments affecting value chains.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
• Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; ability to quickly build expertise.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills (German a plus).
• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Dynamic with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Transformation Leadership: Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and lead development/implementation of transformational strategies and roadmaps.
• Innovation and Strategy Development: Create innovative strategies for changing market dynamics and opportunities.
• Roadmap Definition: Define comprehensive transformation roadmaps with steps, timelines, and resources.
• Result-Oriented Execution: Drive delivery and commercial outcomes of transformation initiatives.
• Industry Insights: Stay updated on energy and transport trends and share insights internally.
• Team Leadership: Mentor consultants and foster collaboration within the team.
