Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant electrical engineering field.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA and/or PLC control systems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work evening shifts and participate in on-call duties.
• Structured and results-oriented work approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone and email on operational issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Monitor all BESS assets to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and alarm analysis.
• Log and manage incidents and service requests.
