Job summary

Arcadis is hiring a Local Service Operations (LSO) Senior Support Engineer to join the Amsterdam team. The role concentrates on on-site support, VIP handling, and close collaboration with global LSO and regional offices.

You will lead Tech Bar services, uphold ITIL/Lean/Agile practices, and own the endpoint lifecycle with asset management. Strong English and Dutch skills are essential, with occasional travel for business needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serve as senior technical authority in country, deputising for LSO Manager as needed.
Escalate and resolve complex issues as final technical point in-country.
Lead local projects, office moves, refresh programs, and asset management.
Own the endpoint lifecycle plan and forecasting.
Lead delivery of Tech Bar services and on-site support.
Manage local supplier relationships against standards and contracts.
Ensure alignment with global technical standards and builds.
