Job summary
Arcadis is seeking a Local Service Operations (LSO) Senior Support Engineer to join our Amsterdam-based team. You will be the onsite technical authority, handling VIP support, end-user services, and the Tech Bar while coordinating with global LSO colleagues.
Based in a Windows-centric environment, you will manage endpoint lifecycles, support Dell hardware, and align with ITIL and global standards. This role requires daily presence in the office, strong customer focus, and independent yet
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering senior technical support within a global organisation.
- Extensive experience supporting VIP and executive users.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Agile, and Dell ProSupport/Dell Direct Services.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating with local and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Be the on-site senior technical authority in country.
- Lead local projects, office moves, fit-outs and refresh programmes.
- Own the endpoint lifecycle plan including forecasting and asset management.
- Lead delivery of Tech Bar services in country, where provided.
- Manage local supplier relationships against standards and contracts.
- Advise the LSO Manager on local budgets, resourcing and improvement.
