OKTOBER is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency that operates remote-first. We’re seeking an email designer who can turn one-time buyers into loyal customers while collaborating across time zones with CET overlap.

Design emails and pop-ups for top e-commerce brands, develop design systems, own deadlines, and contribute to the team’s smart, efficient workflows. Flexible remote work and career growth await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email design experience in an agency environment.
• Hands-on Figma experience (auto-layout, components, local styles, etc.).
• Experience with generative AI (e.g. Gemini).
• You’re curious, a team-player and ambitious.

Responsibilities

• Design emails and pop-ups for e-commerce brands (incl. gifs & animations).
• Develop Email Design Systems to ensure consistent output.
• Own deadlines and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Pro-actively look for design directions/inspiration.
• Help our design team work smarter and better.
