DEPT is seeking a Senior Designer for the Toronto team, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement. You will lead design across major brands, mentor junior designers, and contribute to email marketing and landing page design.

Proven agency experience and strong layout, typography and retouching skills are essential to deliver compelling digital campaigns. Join a team that blends technology and marketing to create scalable, emotive content.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of digital design experience.
• Agency context experience in brand, direct, and above-the-line work.
• Ability to build client relations and pitch ideas.
• Strong eye for layout, typesetting and retouching.
• Proficient in digital design software (Figma, Adobe CS).
• Understanding of basic motion design (Adobe After Effects).
• Deep understanding of email marketing and digital design.
• Customer-first strategic designer focusing on end-to-end journey.
• Team player who supports colleagues.
• Very organized with attention to detail.
