MYLAPS Innovation Centre is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to lead electronics development for next-generation timing transponders and sports technology. You will own electronics from concept to PCB design, prototyping, testing and validation, with hands-on build-ups and real-world validation.

The role involves working with internal and external partners, contributing to architecture choices, exploring new technologies, and occasional international travel to test and validate

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• 7-10+ years of professional electronics or hardware development experience.
• Experience with Cadence or Altium for PCB design.
• Experience developing wireless electronics (RF/Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi).
• Hands-on prototyping, hardware bring-up, testing and debugging.
• Ability to make technical trade-offs and translate ideas into robust solutions.
• Interest in emerging technologies and applying them to real products.
• Strong English communication; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop electronic hardware and PCBs for MYLAPS products and concepts.
• Take electronics designs from concept through schematic design, PCB development, prototyping and validation.
• Collaborate with production and technology partners to turn designs into prototypes and manufacturable solutions.
• Contribute to electronic architecture and technical choices of new product concepts.
• Explore how new technologies can be applied within MYLAPS solutions, including vision, AI-enabled tools, sensing and cloud-connected systems.
• Build, test and validate concepts in the field with customers and internal teams.
• Periodically travel internationally for testing, validation and collaboration.
