Prodrive Technologies in Eindhoven is developing digital electronics for power electronics across semiconductor, medical, and hydrogen industries. You will design, test and validate electronics from concept to market, and contribute to prototype bring-up and production support.

You will work on cutting-edge power electronics for the semiconductor, medical, and hydrogen industries. You will design, test and maintain electronics from concept development till market introduction for advanced power converter products used in high-tech, mission critical applications. You will bring your designs to life through hands-on testing, validation, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, and you will prepare and review product design documentation together with relevant stakeholders. You will also support the manufacturing team during prototype production and help resolve technical challenges during the entire lifecycle phase of the product.
Design, develop, and validate digital electronic circuits for embedded computing systems, including FPGA-based architectures and high-speed interfaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, and systems engineers) to ensure seamless integration of electronics into complete systems
Perform component selection, schematic capture, design documentation, and PCB layout reviews for digital designs
Perform signal integrity and high-speed interface simulations
Support prototype bring-up, debugging, and validation of digital boards, including analysis and documentation of test results
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) principles
Document designs and validation activities while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality processes

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Affinity with digital electronics, hardware design, and validation
Knowledge of digital communication interfaces such as SPI, I²C, Ethernet, LVDS, MIPI, and CLHS
Knowledge of FPGA-based hardware design and development
Familiarity with CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics is a plus
Familiarity with measurement and debugging tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) and hardware test methodologies is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Decisive, pragmatic, and able to move efficiently from concept to implementation
