MYLAPS Innovation Centre is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to lead electronics development for next-generation timing transponders and sports technology. You will own electronics from concept to PCB design, prototyping, testing and validation, with hands-on build-ups and real-world validation.
The role involves working with internal and external partners, contributing to architecture choices, exploring new technologies, and occasional international travel to test and validate
At MYLAPS you get the chance to develop the technology behind the next generation of sports timing. We develop technology that captures the performance of millions of athletes and racers around the world. From major international sporting events to races around the corner, accuracy and reliability are at the heart of everything we build.
Within the MYLAPS Innovation Centre, we look beyond today’s products. Our team (5FTE) explores, develops and validates new technologies for Active Sports, Motorsports and Horse Racing. We turn early-stage ideas into working prototypes, test them in real-world environments and determine which technologies can become part of the next generation of MYLAPS products.
To strengthen this team, we are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer who enjoys working at the forefront of product innovation.
As Electronics Engineer, you will work on new product development and innovation projects, including future generations of our timing transponders and related sports technology.
You will take ownership of the electronics development within these projects: from concept and electronic architecture to PCB design, prototyping, testing and validation.
This is a hands‑on R&D position where you will have the chance to build prototypes, perform hardware bring‑up, investigate technical challenges and test concepts in real‑world environments.
You are an experienced Electronics Engineer who enjoys working in an innovation environment where not every technical question already has an answer. You combine a strong electronics background with a pragmatic approach and are comfortable moving between design, prototyping, testing and technical problem‑solving.

A competitive salary and solid benefits package;
A senior R&D position with direct influence on future MYLAPS technology and products.
Pension plan and contribution to health insurance;
A dynamic, international workplace with an open and informal culture;
