Job summary

Lely Holding seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery for our E‑commerce platforms. You will map processes, gather requirements, and analyze user journeys to ensure digital solutions add value for customers.

You’ll collaborate with UX, Dev, Product, and stakeholders to enable seamless customer interactions and commercial success. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, workshops, and backlog alignment, with English fluency and a bias

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in E‑commerce or digital product teams.
• Proven track record in backend development with a strong emphasis on system integrations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Targetprocess.
• Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to define needs and translate them into requirements.
• Map and analyze current and future business processes and digital user journeys.
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for Agile/Scrum development.
• Lead workshops and interviews to understand goals and user needs.
• Support sprint planning and backlog grooming; align business objectives with technical execution.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements in E‑commerce and digital platforms.
