Job summary

Huxley is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the EMEA Digital team on a 6-month contract for a leading consumer brand. The role centers on owning comprehensive reporting, performance analysis, and executive storytelling to support loyalty and data analytics initiatives across a global business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate recurring business reporting processes and stakeholder management across: Weekly Trade Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Monthly Forecasting.
  • Support the Analytics Lead in delivering weekly trading insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations.
  • Provide support during major retail and trading events and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure reporting and messaging align with evolving priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Translate insights into actions for executive reviews and cross-functional plans.
  • Partner with digital commerce, commercial, and category teams to drive online growth and loyalty programs.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate tasks, and leverage AI to improve efficiency.
  • Drive accountability and clear communication across a complex international stakeholder landscape.
  • Analyse performance trends, risks, opportunities, and shifts in consumer behaviour across EMEA.

Senior Business Analyst, Business Offense, Loyalty & Data Analytics (6-Month Contract)

Our client, a globally recognised consumer brand at the forefront of digital commerce, retail innovation, and customer loyalty, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their EMEA Digital team on an initial 6-month contract.

This role sits within a high-performing commercial analytics function and plays a critical part in business reporting, performance analysis, executive communications, and leadership forum preparation. The successful candidate will help drive data-led decision making across a complex international business while supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and coordinate recurring business reporting processes, including stakeholder management, presentation development, and business narrative creation across:
    • Weekly Trade Reviews
    • Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
    • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
    • Monthly Forecasting activities
  • Support the Business Offense & Analytics Lead in delivering weekly trading insights, performance updates, and actionable recommendations across key commercial and loyalty initiatives.
  • Provide additional support during major retail and trading events, including peak trading periods and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure reporting, business updates, and strategic messaging remain aligned with evolving business priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyse input from multiple teams to create clear and concise executive-level business reviews, translating insights into actions.
  • Partner closely with digital commerce, commercial, and category teams to support plans that drive online growth, customer engagement, promotional performance, and loyalty programme objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Drive accountability, structure, and clear communication across a complex international stakeholder landscape.
  • Analyse performance trends, commercial risks, opportunities, and shifts in consumer behaviour across the EMEA business.
What You'll Bring
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and an automation-focused mindset.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and data visualisation capabilities; experience with think-cell is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights from complex data.
Professional Experience
  • Proven project management experience across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Experience managing competing priorities and working effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive progress in highly matrixed organisations.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience creating executive-ready presentations.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience within digital commerce, business analytics, commercial operations, retail, consumer goods, or cross-functional programme management environments would be highly advantageous.
