Job summary

JDE Peet's in the Netherlands (Utrecht) is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll for the Netherlands and contribute to a global HR transformation program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree HBO level in Business Administration or similar.
• 3–5 years payroll experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce or Strada) and strong Excel skills.
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing for the Netherlands, including complex calculations and post-payroll activities.
• Ensure payroll accuracy through reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
• Monitor and improve payroll systems and support migrations.
• Act as subject matter expert for payroll queries and stakeholder advice.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and internal policies while driving improvements.
• Contribute to payroll transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
