JDE Peet's is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate Dutch payroll execution and align local processes with global standards. You will drive improvements, collaborate across HR, Finance, and international teams, and serve as a trusted expert on complex payroll topics in a dynamic global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO level) in Business Administration or similar.
• 3-5 years of payroll experience, international environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch payroll legislation and tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems (ADP Workforce and/or Strada) and Excel.
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or process improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing including complex calculations and post-payroll activities.
• Ensure payroll accuracy via reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
• Monitor and improve payroll systems and support migrations.
• Act as subject matter expert for payroll queries and stakeholder advice.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch law and internal policies while driving improvements.
• Contribute to payroll transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
