Job summary

WTW, a leading global advisory firm, seeks a Senior Director to join the European HR M&A team based in the Netherlands. You will lead multi-country engagements, translate client requests into actionable work plans, and guide senior stakeholders through complex transitions across Europe.

Your responsibilities include shaping scopes, managing cross-functional teams, delivering Day 1 readiness, and driving value through innovative people solutions, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR M&A consulting or corporate experience across diligence, carve-out and post-deal integration.
• Ability to lead multi-country projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders and ability to present options.
• Commercial experience in originating and selling consulting work.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and deliver complex HR M&A engagements across Europe.
• Define scopes of work, proposals and governance for deals.
• Lead multi-country engagements across the deal lifecycle.
• Identify people risks, costs and value opportunities with evidence-based conclusions.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary WTW teams across rewards, talent, organisation, comms.
• Support governance, reporting, and timetable delivery.
• Develop M&A capabilities through playbooks and workshops.
• Leverage data and analytics to improve insight and decision-making.
• Grow client relationships and connect clients with WTW capabilities.
• Contribute to market visibility with thought leadership.
