Job summary

FTI Consulting, Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Director in Transactions Advisory Services to lead mid-size due diligence projects and manage multidisciplinary teams. You will guide buy-side and sell-side engagements, liaise with partners and nurture client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor junior staff, contribute to business development, and build deep understanding of target companies' value drivers and business models.

Qualifications

• At least four years leading Transactions projects in an advisory or accounting setting.
• Ability to act as a trusted adviser to C-level executives.
• Strong analytical and commercial due diligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take overall lead on mid-size complex Due Diligence projects with senior oversight.
• Supervise consultants, review analyses and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Engage in business development, maintain client relationships and track industry trends.
• Build and nurture internal and external relationships to drive growth.
• Analyze target companies, understand business models and value drivers.
