EY is seeking a Senior Consultant Digital Manufacturing & AI-enabled Operations in Amsterdam. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to improve asset-intensive operations using data, AI, and IIoT, from assessment to adoption.

Strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential to deliver measurable value for clients. You’ll lead data-driven analyses, develop practical digital solutions, and support proposals and market material.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of experience in industry, consulting, technology, or engineering.
• Strong interest in digital manufacturing, asset management, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Experience with operational excellence, maintenance, IoT, digital twins, or AI-enabled operations.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; able to translate requirements into solutions.
• Fluent English; Dutch proficiency is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the Netherlands or internationally.

Aufgaben

• Analyze manufacturing and asset-management processes to identify performance gaps.
• Define practical digital solutions including IIoT, connected operations, predictive maintenance, digital twins, simulation, and AI.
• Take responsibility for defined project activities or workstreams from analysis to adoption.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Support definition and tracking of outcomes like uptime, maintenance costs, and productivity.
• Collaborate with client teams across operations, IT, OT, and engineering.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, recommendations, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Support proposals, client demonstrations, and market materials for Digital Manufacturing opportunities.
• Contribute to EY’s Digital Manufacturing capabilities with reusable methods and accelerators.
