Job summary

SAI360 is seeking a Senior DevOps Build Engineer to join our EMEA team. You will shape enterprise build automation, champion DevSecOps, and collaborate with a global, remote-first group to deploy and manage code changes at scale.

You will own build and dependency strategies, ensure secure release practices, and drive CI/CD improvements across multiple services, working with QA, Dev, Security, and Ops teams.

Qualifications

• Maven experts required for large-scale multi-module projects.
• Strong Java ecosystem knowledge including Spring/Tomcat modernization.
• Experience upgrading Java, Spring, Tomcat in containerized environments.
• Hands-on with modern CI/CD platforms and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Build & dependency management across multiple applications and teams.
• Establish security baselines and participate in audits and compliance reviews.
• Automate quality gates within CI/CD pipelines and drive root-cause analysis.
• Own design and governance of enterprise CI/CD platforms to improve productivity.
• Mentor engineers on modern DevOps practices and document standards.
