Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to own security across its product and technology estate. You will define a 12-18 month security roadmap and embed security into CI/CD pipelines.

The role supports an AI-first security approach and can be remote in Europe or based in the UK or Netherlands, requiring deep experience with AWS, GCP and infrastructure-as-code. Experience with policy-as-code, secrets management and continuous monitoring is essential to protect systems and data
