Job summary

SAI360 in Germany/Netherlands-based team is seeking a Senior DevOps Build Engineer to advance enterprise build automation and secure software delivery. You will strengthen CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, and automation across multiple applications in a remote-first global environment.

As part of the EMEA DevOps group, you will own build, release, and dependency strategies, mentor engineers, and partner with Security and Architecture to uphold baselines and audits while enabling scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Maven-based build systems and multi-module projects.
• Strong Java ecosystem knowledge including runtime management and servers.
• Experience with modern CI/CD platforms and DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own build and dependency management strategies across applications and teams.
• Design, optimize, and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines and standards.
• Lead root-cause analysis for build and deployment issues and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QA, Dev, Security, and Ops to align delivery objectives and document standards.
