Job summary

Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd. is seeking a Senior Desktop Systems Administrator to support enterprise infrastructure across multiple locations. The role focuses on managing client devices, operating systems, and related technologies in an on-site setting.

You will deploy and maintain Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints, manage AD and policy configurations, and ensure security and patching across the EUC environment. Collaboration with IT teams is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in desktop systems administration in a large enterprise.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and Linux endpoint management.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune/JAMF/MECM for deployment.
• Strong knowledge of AD, GPOs, and IT security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support for client compute devices and peripherals across a large enterprise.
• Manage and troubleshoot WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and AD.
• Deploy and support Windows, macOS, and Linux OS installations.
• Validate GPO/RSoP and JAMF configuration profiles on endpoints.
• Manage user accounts and Active Directory lifecycle.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration tools (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint).
• Configure and manage mobile devices via MDM solutions.
• Support videoconferencing systems and room control hardware.
• Administer network printing and scanning infrastructure.
• Contribute to IT security incident response and patching efforts.
• Assist with site relocations and IT asset management.
