Job summary

Everience, a global AI-focused consulting group, seeks a Deskside Technician – End User Computing to support end-user devices. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance for desktops, laptops, monitors, and peripherals at corporate sites, ensuring SLA targets and high customer satisfaction.

With 3–5 years of EUC experience, you will work closely with users and internal teams, using imaging tools and backup utilities to manage devices and network connectivity, including

Qualifications

• Requires 3 to 5 years of related work experience.
• Sound knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT).
• Sound knowledge of data backup and recovery tools (USMT).
• Installing, upgrading, and migrating to Windows 7/10.
• Deploying Windows 7/10 in large enterprises.
• Configuring hardware, network connectivity, and access to resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to authorized users with operational and technical support to meet SLAs.
• Resolve incidents and problems related to EUC equipment.
• Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify potential incidents and prevent recurrence.
• Assist users in connecting to corporate network, LAN, WAN, and related services.
• Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices and peripherals.
• Install, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals).
• Provide software break/fix and replacement of non-warranty assets for end users.
• Configure network printers/scanners and provide IP addressing and TCP/IP support.
• Offer VIP support for equipment including desktops, mobile devices, displays, docking stations, and printers.
• Create and manage printer configurations and queues per SLAs.
• Deliver on-site hardware troubleshooting and regular feedback to sales/ops teams.
• Record and report customer calls and requests in the service databases.
• Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
